Saturday, March 29, 2014 - There's no doubt that this wine as structure to go the distance. Double decanted for a couple hours. Easy to drink right now regardless. Enjoyed a few glasses after dinner. Would pair great with a steak.

Day 2 - Enjoyed on the deck and got a lot of deep red fruit with a green hint lurking in the background. Enjoyable wine, but if I had more I would hold them for at least a few more years before revisiting.
