Friday, April 25, 2014 - The look is clear medium lemon. A clean, light-medium nose but very restrained, maybe a bit citrusy, a touch of white flowers. On the palate: wow! Lemon, butter, honey, medium-plus acidity, lots of salty minerality. Medium-full bodied, caressing mouthfeel, long finish.

A classy, delicious wine in which every element is just right.
