Wednesday, April 15, 2015 - Bricking and color separation. 20 minutes in the decanter was all it took. Bright and sweet cherries, strawberries and raspberries that almost sear the palate and leave a 40 second indelible finish upon it. Some spice with sweet Oak and cedar and hints of dried herbs.
