Monday, January 19, 2015 - Very classic CDP. Lots of lavender, raspberry and dried thyme on the nose. Very textbook, very ageable. Med+body, medium acidity. Not fat or cumbersome and all on the palate. This dances (waltzes) along in a very capable manner.
