Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Lunch at Sat Bains in Robin Hood’s fabled backyard - without any fear of being fleeced by the hero/villain given we are not “rich” - was exceptional. We happily sipped the 7 glass wine flight suggested by the sommelier. A luvly Syrah from the Cote-Rotie, La Germine is perfume-like with spice and berries on the nose. Very soft with elegant tannins. Rich finish.
