Saturday, May 30, 2015 - Very rich and layered. Pure, balanced, decadent, but not overblown. My new front runner for best Syrah I've ever had and I've had a lot.
Poured into a decanter and followed the evolution in the glass. Very drinkable at pop and pour, but layers of flavors evolve with time. Blue/black fruit, anise, Christmas spices, sweet milk chocolate, cola and pepper are all evident.
