Monday, June 8, 2015 - Decanted approx. 2 hour ... Nose of plum and strawberry, but it's a fake out as fruit palate is lighter cherry and raspberries all the way. Lots of earthy goodness, with mineral finish and minimal oak. Smooth after the decant, but tannins still firmly present, with a refreshing acid pop.
