Thursday, April 5, 2012 - The Magic of The Rhône, Le Petit Sommelier. Deep lemon. Apricots, peaches, vanilla, orange peel, herbal less floral, slightly tropical fruit. Again nose is mirrored on the palate and the rich ripe fruit is balanced by medium + acidity. Citrus & apricots flourish on the mid palate and there's candied orange on the finish. Not as rich as the Hermitage but still lovely.
