Saturday, February 21, 2015 - Part of a vertical of 7 bottles of P-C that we shared at an offline: 95, 96, 00, 01, 02, 05 and 08. For my money, the 2001 was the best, although the 2000 and 2002 were no slouches. The 95 and 96 were over the hill, and the 05 and 08 were still too young. But those early 2000s were just right.
