Tuesday, July 28, 2015 - 13.5% alcohol. This is a genuine surprise. Crimson color. Forward nose of black fruit, with a dusty quality to it, and light spice/earth notes. In the mouth, this is very attractive: restrained but forward fruit, good acidity, fine-knit tannins. This isn't complicated but, for the price, it's fantastic. B+
