Sunday, June 16, 2013 - This is the 3rd bottle tasted within the last year. The bottles displayed a a range: from fresh, rich and fruity (with complimentary herbal elements) to a leaner profile dominated by herbs. I happen to enjoy the full range. Today's bottle shows harmonious plum and cherry with leathery overtones and a nice herbal streak. Medium bodied in the mouth, the flavors echo the nose. Solid spine of acidity. Delicious with a moz/basil/tomato sandwich. Drinking well now, but capable of improving over another few years.
