Wednesday, October 17, 2012 - Pop and pour. Initially not giving much, but opened nicely over 30-60 minutes. Notes of lemon oil and citrus with lengthy finish. Nice acidity. This improved as temperature rose - it was nice at initial serving temp, but really expressed itself as it neared and exceeded cellar temp.
