Wednesday, August 14, 2013 - Pale yellow with a slight green tinge in the glass. Aromas of lemon and orchard fruit. Tastes of flowers, some green apple and just a hint of citrus on the end. No real complexity or depth, just a solid white bourgogne.

After more time in the glass, I sense a greater level of grapefruit, including some more bitterness - in a less pleasing way.
