Saturday, December 13, 2014 - [bottle for Emma's birth]. Stored since 2006. Golden syrupy yellow and medium bubbles this is just shy of vintage champs in taste retaining a sense of its youth and minerality. Yet it has full and complex flavours of honey, toast, raisins, apricot, orange citrus, marmite. Beautiful structure. To be savoured now.
