Wednesday, October 1, 2014 - Delicious fruity wine that went very well with beef with brown sauce and a vegetarian dish. The half bottle left was gassed (N2), stoppered and refrigerated for four days. As it warmed, it continued to be delicious, well balanced and wonderful. Glad I still have a few in the cellar. Hope you do too.
