Sunday, March 10, 2013 - Had this with roasted rumpsteak, admittedly not the most appropriate of pairings. Once it opened up-- about 2hrs after popping-- dark chocolate, coffee and spice effluences revealed themselves to the nose. Somewhat subdued on the mouth.
