Thursday, July 30, 2015 - Light red. Perfumed, incredible nose of truffles, sous bois, and red Pinot fruit. Lithe, dances in the mouth, with penetrating flavors of red berry and dried herbs. Silky tannins. Long, thought-provoking finish. The 2002 Chambertin has years to go, but it is epic right now.
