Wednesday, September 16, 2015 - Light golden color akin to a moderately aged white burg; significantly different (and better) nose than of its youth; the pungent skunkiness has been toned down immensely and complemented with candied lemon zest and crushed stone with a hint of the classic petrol thing. The palate has evolved as well with an almost oily texture that coats the palate in an un-assaultive manner, merely carrying the very long finish through to a very fresh and subtle exit. Overall impression of youthfulness, still ample acidity and evolution at a glacial pace. Happy that I have several bottles left to go! Excellent showing.
