Tuesday, May 1, 2012 - Nice solid bottle of west coast Riesling! loaded with green apple, nice acidity, clean minerality sub notes of Bartlett pears and light honeydew. Good chilled as well as closer to room temp. As it dropped closer to room temp, it developed a nice soft apple cider taste.
