Thursday, April 16, 2015 - Vega-Sicilia with Pablo Álvarez (Tenzing, Chicago): Gold color. Tangy, somewhat green nose. This had an ample palate of rich, unctuous honey. However, it finished with an off-putting residual bitterness. This may recede with time, but I'd be hesitant to revisit this again in the near future.
