Thursday, December 11, 2014 - Interesting wine to try and compare/contrast to California pinot noirs. This flavor profile seemed more reserved compared to the California pinot. It had a sharp, almost unripened red fruit profile. Bitter cherries and tart raspberries. Light spice and tea flavor on the finish.
