Friday, April 24, 2015 - Cherry, strawberry, toasty ash on the nose. A little medicinal but still fresh. You can smell the youthful sappiness.

The fruit is much more subdued on the palate. Its all stone and tannin. This thing is really stoney. Long, long mineral finish. Solid acid and medium tannins. Nice and fresh. Not overly complex - this is more about mineral and freshness than complexity.

This should settle down nicely by 2020 - 2022.
