Sunday, May 5, 2013 - Clear, light lemon with a hint of green. It has vigorous, large bubbles. The nose is clean, medium (-) in intensity. The palate is bone dry, with medium alcohol and medium (-) smoothness. The acidity is pronounced, and the minerality is medium. Overall, this is a medium (-) bodied sparkler, which is moderately balanced but skewed slightly towards hardness. It is very clean, with a moderate flavor intensity and a medium long finish. Drink now, not intended for further bottle ageing. Good as an aperitif or paired with shellfish or triple cream cheeses.
