Tuesday, January 27, 2015 - Opened 30 minutes then poured. Opens with immediate blueberry compote and boysenberry flavors, transitioning with savory herbs and some hints of tobacco. Finish builds with just a touch of drying. Great food wine and continued to improve over the night.
Next time decant 30-60 minutes.
