Monday, June 1, 2015 - Fresh, red-fruited, peppery, and mineral-driven bouquet. Restrained and high toned upon opening, it rapidly added weight and tannic structure as it breathed, the last drops imparting an impression of profundity. The wine wore its alcohol quite well. It will likely evolve over the next three to five years and drink well through 2022-2025. It needs a long decant to show its best right now; pnp drinking equates to wasting good wine. The same producer's 2010 Prestige des Hautes Garrigues is even more robust and interesting. 92-94.
