Wednesday, March 30, 2011 - Found in the back of the cellar. Thought it would be a goner but pulled the cork anyway. Surprisingly, it's not. Reminiscent of a Tarte Tatin with buttery, caramelized apple flavors. Drank with a St. André triple crème cheese and Carr's wheatmeal biscuits.
