Wednesday, November 19, 2014 - Looking at other people's notes, I wonder if this wine shouldn't be decanted, at the moment, to show best. I've had it once in a restaurant, without decanting, and can see how it could be described as simple. However, this bottle decanted at home was complex and unusual, the wine evolving in the glass.
