Tuesday, February 28, 2012 - Apperently three years in the making. Just got it, new I should wait but instead pounded through a bottle. Doesn't seem shocked, or rather, its so shocked it doesn't know what to do and just gives all up anyway. "Flashy" was Nate's comment o the nose. Christof wondered about acidification. I couldn't really see either. Big aromatics, round tummy, cutting finish. Delicious.
