Sunday, January 19, 2014 - Not for the beginner. Fascinating and unique. As others have stated, intentionally oxidized to the point of being reminiscent of sherry, and this is a positive! I can't imagine it being particularly food-friendly, but this is a singular cocktail/conversation wine, about the wine if nothing else.
