Wednesday, January 9, 2013 - I love this. So fun to sniff. Classic orange-wine aromas (white tea, honey, hard cider, plus something almost bubblegummy), plus a whiff of barnyard. Smells wild and untamed. Lots of black pepper and verjus-like tartness in the mouth. Very pleasant to drink.
