Saturday, August 1, 2015 - Well, this thing really improved with another 7 months in bottle. Maybe a little Coravin argon gas helped? It shouldn't, but there it is. This wine isn't nearly as thin and green as it was back in January. Much more in line with what I expect of KB PN. Fleshy, fruity, layered, even savory. So glad I had another go-round with this one. Enjoyable on its own or with a hearty fish dish (salmon) or pork.
