Tuesday, July 28, 2015 - Aromas of bread, yeast and mineral. This had some interesting flavors of sourdough bread, yeast, slate and a splash of citrus. Very nice bubbles in this and ended with a nice mineral driven finish. Certainly an interesting non vintage champagne.
