Friday, May 18, 2012 - Drunk over 2 nights. Held up very well, barely budging by the 2nd. Plenty of Poulsardian goodness. The unique rosey, tea-like color. The tartly expressive nose and invigorating palate of pomegranate, blood orange, and earth. High-toned and deceptively light-footed belying a more formidable structure than is immediately evident with an involving finish that introduces a nice note of white pepper. Better with the bolder flavor of the lambchops than the king salmon.
