Friday, July 10, 2009 - Medium ruby color. Nose of cherries, earth, some spice. Palate of red cherries, earth, spice, some oak. Nice tannic structure to balance. Well made with good structure given the hot vintage. Drank with a Kistler and was the more balanced of the two.
