Saturday, April 11, 2015 - Although the light ruby color tells its age, the 85 Cos is at its sweet spot and drinking very nicely. Red fruits, mineral, spice, earthy elements have all come together, coupling with the smooth mouth feel and still a good grippy touch. The wine will certainly hold up gracefully for many years, a wonderful claret.
