Friday, May 15, 2015 - Purchased on sale for $10 (normally $20-25). Opened this bottle before dinner with the salad course. Wachtberg is a terraced vineyard located behind the town of Krems. Clear pale straw color. Dry Gruner with notes of pears, slate and white pepper. Medium bodied with a very minerally profile. Well balanced. 91-92 points.
