Saturday, June 21, 2014 - Pop and pour. Nice light golden straw color. Bubbles medium, becoming smaller. Toasty, yeasty nose. Strong fruit - green apple. Strong yeast, but not over the top. Medium tart/acid. We really enjoyed this on the deck with some fresh Ranier cherries, apples, strawberries.
