Friday, September 14, 2012 - Ruby color with deep garnet rim. Med+ nose with cherry, strawberry and hint of cedar & vanilla. After 1 hr breathe in bottle, fruit palate intensity increased from med to med+, with sun dried redcurrant, cherry, cedar & pepper. The length is quite long with spicy finish.
This Brunello is quite balance overall on med acidity, med+ fine tannin and med+ body. Flavour was also intensified by Non-spicy Chinese cusine.
