Thursday, September 6, 2012 - Nice, easy drinking Spanish red. While I don't normally let a mid-week wine sit and open for too long, I just happened to have the decanter already on the counter. So I poured it in. I did not taste pre-decanting but this wine definitely grew a little smoother as we drank more. We'll probably pick up several more to have on hand as a late-evening bottle or mid-week dinner.
