Saturday, March 9, 2013 - Leiden Clape Cornas tasting March 2013 (Leiden, The Netherlands): Hermitage like nose, bacon, a bit watery and rusty. Lovely red fruit taste, smokey, some bacon tones, lovely finish. An hour after opening the taste improves with the fruit intensity increasing and becoming velvety.
