Wednesday, May 13, 2015 - Pineapple, vanilla oak and toffee on the nose, with a hint of almond paste. Heavy body and a smooth, long finish, with peach, ripe apple and vanilla throughout. Still nicely balanced, mild acidity. Not buttery. Definitely a mature chardonnay at this point.
