Saturday, June 15, 2013 - Cool aromas of apples, melon, wet slate, and citrus zest. Medium bodied and well balanced on the palate with honeydew, tangerine, and ripe lemon. Firm acidity and a granite minerality drive finishing lime and peach pit. A very well made entry level trocken, with years ahead and upside in the cellar.
