Friday, November 25, 2011 - Light straw color. Beautiful nose of lychee, apricot, honey, white pepper, floral and mineral notes. Lychee, apricot, and minerals on the mid-palate; leading to a crisp, medium length finish. Good acidic balance. A very enjoyable, dry Gewürztraminer.
