Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - This was the wine of choice to go with the Christmas turkey. Loads of lychee flavor, alongside secondary notes of peach and Asian pear. Not as spicy as expected, but its beautiful mineral finish was right on mark. It served as a refreshing compliment to a very heavy meal.
