Sunday, January 27, 2013 - Medium-dark gold color. Heady floral aroma of roses, lychee, peach, and yellow plum. Palate is densely fruity and floral with rose, lychee, peach, and an oily element that carries into a long finish that shows some bitter grapefruit pith notes. Consistent with prior experiences and holding well. Worked as a base for a mussel and clam broth with saffron in it. Drink.
