Friday, June 26, 2015 - Deep gold hue. Nose of a Puligny Montrachet....plus apricots and sweaty jockstrap...almost ammonia but actually very pleasant in a high-toned way. Palate is a mirror of the nose.... super acidic cut and honeyed depth and richness. Deliciously semi-sweet and semi-dry on the finish. Heady long finale. Delicious and a great food wine with a Burgundian-style morels dish.
