Wednesday, November 27, 2013 - Lighter textured, displaying a medium and bright golden color. Nice fresh aromatics. Salty, stony, and ashy minerality, with apple, lime, and grapefruit flavors. Great acidity. Crisp and dry in the mouth leading to a long lasting finish. Very good example of the varietal and a welcome break from Chardonnay.
