Saturday, April 11, 2015 - I opened this for a Prime Rib dinner with friends on 4/11/15. It had a complex, supple, focused and truly spectacular bouquet of plum, raspberry, mocha, cocoa, toast and spice aromas. The palate was rich, deep, elegant and layered with flavors of plum, black raspberry, black currant, mocha, cocoa, toast and spice.

7/5/2015 6:54:00 PM - Thanks for the comments and ratings. Comments very inspiring. We have yet to open a bottle thinking it too young, but your description is encouraging as nothing indicates sipping now would be an issue. What do you think?

7/9/2015 9:24:00 AM - I poured it through a venturi and let it sit for 1 hour before we started sipping. We all thought it was great and certainly in its window...definitely OK to drink now.

7/9/2015 7:32:00 PM - Cool, we feel inspired. We would sit upright for 48 hours to address tannins via gravity and thereafter plan for a 3+ hour breathe in the bottle. Let's see.
