Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - A nice, ripe Pinot. Big ripe fruit, bing cherry, raspberry, cola, baking spices, damp earth, and hints of anise. The palate is very ripe, lacking a touch of acidity to keep it tight knit. It is overall good, but gets a touch flat and hot for my taste.
