Saturday, March 31, 2012 - No nose at first, very subtle. Cedar, flint, pencil lead, wet stone flavors I associate with Calera. More spicy, pepper flavors. The pepper actually overwhelmed as the tasting went on. I am a big Calera Ryan fan but felt slightly let down by this one.
